I care greatly about the quality of my prints and make sure to package them securely. However, should you receive a print that was damaged during shipping, please contact me via email at cesarvelezart@gmail.com and provide an image of the item that was damaged. Should the item be irreparable, i'd be happy to refund or replace the damaged print. Thank you!
